The production base of the group, located at YiXing in JiangSu Province China, Bonanza (Yixing) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was launched in 2012 and its forerunner is Bonanza (Wuxi) Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd which was set up in 2007. The floor area of the company is over 20,000 square meters with 15,000 square meters for the workshop. The production line is equipped with CNC remotion centers, CNC machining centers, CNC vertical and horizontal lathes which can process a single part up to 6 m as the maximal turning diameter and 30 tons as the maximum weight. There is a full-sized coating/painting infrastructure for conducting surface treatment. The factory management is certified by TUV for ISO9001:2008.
The factory specializes in producing customized parts widely used in the field of wind, solar energy industry, mining, forestry and petrol industry, such as parts in wind turbine gear boxes and in turbine brake systems; the fully machined slewing rings for main bearing and blade bearing of wind turbine; all scaled collar rim of miner’s truck and rim spare parts as well as valve body fitting parts.
