QUALITY CONTROL
Our advanced quality control system allows us to technically monitor the whole production process, including raw materials inspection, pre-batch-production inspection, batch production inspection, pre-shipment inspection. The inspection records can be traced back to each single product which provides our customers with 100% qualified products. Our quality control is carried out by the team members with a minimum of 10 years quality inspection experience in machinery manufacturing industry.
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION
We require an original test certificate from all raw material suppliers. Our QC will carry out testing on incoming raw materials for the chemical compositions and mechanical properties to avoid any deviation from the certificate.
PRE-BATCH-PRODUCTION INSPECTION
According to the drafts provided, QC will evaluate the working process designed by the operating team so as to approve and authorize sample production. After the initial sample is produced, QC will check the specifications of the initial sample, and then authorize the batch production while making further testing plans for the batch production.
BATCH PRODUCTION INSPECTION
According to the batch production test plan, the operation team will do routine measurements in every machining process and issue a test report for QC to approve the next processing step until the whole process is completed. QC will conduct measurement tests on 100% of the whole batch products, and generate a 3.1B certificate combined with the test certificate of the raw material for our customer. The full set of inspection reports will be filed for future tracking purpose.
PRE-LOADING/SHIPPING INSPECTION
Our QC will visually check the final outlook of the products and packages to authorize shipment.
